The Federal Cabinet has approved the relaxed heating law. This could dampen the discounts on the price of existing properties. Banks are also financing such properties in a somewhat more relaxed manner.

Das Bundeskabinett hat dem entschärften Heizungsgesetz zugestimmt. Das könnte die Abschläge auf den Preis von Bestandsimmobilien dämpfen. Auch Banken finanzieren solche Objekte wohl wieder etwas entspannter.
