Waiver of legal remedy: Weimer accepts defeat in the dispute over bookstore prices
On April 30, the Berlin Administrative Court prohibited the Minister of State for Culture from calling women booksellers from whom he withheld the bookstore prize extremists. The decision is now legally binding.
