Law in Great Britain: Should the state ban smoking?
Ironically, liberal Great Britain wants to protect future generations from themselves with an absolute smoking ban. But that is not easy to justify. Would such a ban be conceivable in Germany?
Ausgerechnet das liberale Großbritannien will mit einem absoluten Rauchverbot künftige Generationen vor sich selbst schützen. Doch das ist gar nicht leicht zu begründen. Wäre ein solches Verbot in Deutschland denkbar?
