Union apparently wanted to weaken protection against dismissal
The Union and the SPD spent two days negotiating reforms in Villa Borsig almost two weeks ago. Not much came of it, the coalition members' ideas were too far apart - probably also when it came to the issue of protection against dismissal.
Zwei Tage verhandelten Union und SPD in der Villa Borsig vor knapp zwei Wochen über Reformen. Heraus kam nicht nicht viel, die Vorstellungen der Koalitionäre lagen zu weit auseinander - wohl auch beim Thema Kündigungsschutz.
