The Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Traffic Division of the Yatiyantota Police has been remanded until 30 June. The order was issued after he was produced before the Ruwanwella Magistrateβs Court. He was arrested over allegations of failing to properly hand over his service pistol and 10 rounds of ammunition.
