Berlin Administrative Court: Court prohibits statement by Minister of State for Culture Weimer about Berlin bookstore
Minister of State for Culture Wolfram Weimer is not allowed to describe the operators of a Berlin bookstore as “political extremists”. This was decided by the Berlin Administrative Court.
Kulturstaatsminister Wolfram Weimer darf die Betreiber eines Berliner Buchladens nicht als „politische Extremisten“ bezeichnen. Das hat das Verwaltungsgericht Berlin entschieden.
